TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD COMMUNICATION
Standard Bank has the WORST customer service EVER!! You request a call back on line they will NOT call you back! and when you are through to an incorrect department, you are told they will notify the relevant person to contact you NOTHING! and at times you are in a very difficult situation, you really need to speak to a consultant they dont understand convenience
I AM VERY MUCH DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
