Terrible customer service
I had the most terrible experience yesterday at the Standard Bank branch in Hatfield 440 Hilda Street. The consultant was very rude and unprofessional towards me, this being after they were in the wrong. I am utterly dissatisfied with Standard Bank in Hatfield.
