Terrible customer service

<p>There is a problem with my standardbank student loan since 2015. No payment has been received since December 2015 for a reason no one can explain. I only found out about it in December 2016 after making an enquiry about my loan. Because the stop order was deducted from my account and I haven't missed one payment, so buy this time I should have finished paying it. I have been enquiring for months. I live in Taiwan. I visited South Africa and went into several branches. We mailed statements with the proof of payment for the entire year. I canceled my stop order. It is April now and I haven't heard anything yet. </p>
