Terrible Customer Service
A consultant failed to assisted me with my account query because I was told I failed the verification. I had given my ID number and home address and still I was getting no assistance. I am not very happy about this because there is an institution messing with my account and I need to stop and reverse the debit order. I have never received such service from this bank. I am very disappointed.
