Terrible Business Banking Service

My level of frustration with my business bankers is beyond at this point in time.

Standard Bank does not care for SME’s and has left my account without function for the last week. I’ve spoken to my business bankers *** and *** who are unable to provide assistance or even give an estimated time that the account will be fixed. They keep saying it’s been “escalated” yet can not provide even an update.

Imagine being unable to transact on your only business account. You can’t pay salaries or even yourself and yet they do not care at all.

Further, no follow up is provided and it’s up to you to constantly check on them.

I cannot wait to close my account here. What a useless bank!!!
