TERRIBLE BANK- PATHETIC

what a disappointing bank to be with. what sad and pathetic service. And the cherry on the top is how money just disappears from your account. Why do we pay bank charges? three times the amount i pay for bank charges gone, the day before and the day of my salary payment. How does any of this make sense. and why is Standard bank the only bank that takes forever for money to clear in. The more i type the more i realize that i am cancelling my account with Standard bank. been waiting for THREE months for my U count card, so im not making any points but im spending money on the account and to have U counts i pay. consider me a very unhappy customer. one of many i assume. and i know nothing will be done about this because im just another silent . disgusted. hard earned money flushed down standard banks pipeline. pathetic service wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. oh and the absolute best, please visit your nearest branch to help assist you...WHAT BRANCH? you people closed like half your branches and all at once, how ridiculous.
