Terrible.

<p>I cannot believe how useless Standard Bank Business is. I have visited a branch 4 times, with documentation asking them to update signatories. Myself and the other signatory have visited branches an additional 2 times handing over FICA documenation. Myself and other signatory have emailed FICA documentation to the business banker. </p> <p>But now we find out that our account has been frozen for outstanding FICA documentation, and none of the signatories have been updated as instructed.</p> <p>This is absolutely disgusting and I will be looking into closing this account.</p>
