Terrible
It is such a hassle to get hold of a business banker at Standard bank! I have tried calling just to get no response, not an answer or back! When do the branch and was told the business bankers are not available they all in Sandton! I mean how am I supposed to run a business bank account without any assistance! Pathetic service, I would not recommend standard bank business bankimg to anyone

26 Jul 2024, 09:46Thank you so much, I went to a Standard bank branch in woodmead and a banker named Gloidi assisted me and could sort out my problem before I left the branch, she didn't make me wait long and she understood what I needed and found a solution. This changed my view on the service received from Standard Bank, thank you Gloidi for making my problem yours.
