Terible service

<p>The service at Standard bank Heidelberg is absolutely terrible, a person is pushed from pillar to post it took me over an hour to be informed that i was to move to another line to then come back to the first line and wait again, the tellers work at a terribly slow pace and after being told to phone headoffice they inturn told me to back to the bank day two same story.Shocking for a company in the 21st century to work this archaic</p>
