Ten out of ten for Standard Bank Secunda - Excellent Customer Service!

Just want to thank and compliment three ladies in particular for the outstanding service I received on Monday, 1 June 2026 at Standard Bank Secunda Branch. Goodness Zulu (Universal Banker), Eldorene Balmakund (Universal Banker) and their Team Leader, Thoko Mabaso went above and beyond to assist with issues on my accounts and even worked late to resolve every single one.....the best part is that they were so kind, so patient and very efficient. Normally people will not even help you with a smile these days, but they were angels. And to compliment their beautiful hearts, these ladies were dressed so professional and looked like they stepped out of a fashion magazine, it was so delightful to see ladies dressed so immaculantly. It is the best customer service I have ever experienced - well done and keep up the good work!!!!!
