Temporary opening account

I asked if Standard Bank can open my account temporarily just so I can withdraw my money but they’re refusing saying I Should go to my nearest branch I’m not employed the money thats on my account is the money I’m supposed to use for food and more so meaning if I don’t have money I can’t get my money thats on my accounts? This is simple they open my account I withdraw or transfer the money to my other account then they close it simple. We don’t have money guys why are you treating us like this 💔💔
