Tellers having bad attitude whilst serving

I went to deposit cash on 08 dec in Venda Plaza branch the teller who was assisting me didn't even greet me was busy chatting with fellow teller about not yet did Christmas shoping for he child ,that I greeted her after a minute or so she responded,then after 2 minutes she greeted me and I said I have greeted already she said I didn't heard that ,but surprisingly she responded meaning she was not even paying attention as If she was assisting me,all the tellers were busy chit chatting and I even had to ask if she is done ,she treats people as numbers,The manager need to realy intervene at tellers department ,service at Standard BAnk sucks ,I thought people were exaggerating ,I wil never ever open account with them.I have been to different banks they treat clients with respect paying attention to person in front ,even people at ****a shops they don't do such low service,for such a big organization ,Venda Plaza branch tellers they are so low,they must serve people and not disgust us.Do something .
