teller interfering I matters not concerning her

I have been to the Montclair branch from 230 pm with a guy wanting to purchase my vehicle so I waited for the guy to get the cash from the bank so we could do the sale.I then see a white lady from the bank approaching to view the vehicle and she began negotiating with me saying that the bank will only authorize R30000 will I accept, I was very annoyed because this had nothing to do with the bank as the guy had his money in the bank and was not applying for finance .The lady then made us wait until 315 only to tell me that the cash can not be withdrawn they needed to do a transfer which I agreed to thereafter she says we need to go home to fetch the papers before doing the transaction .I was completely ****ed off because my husband had to rush home and then she comes to us saying that if he arrives anytime after 330 the transaction would not go through.my husband got back at 337 and the lady refused to do the transaction . I am totally disgusted with the service from this branch seems like the staff don't have enough work to keep them busy so they have time to play games and wasted almost 2 hours of my time and I lost a buyer
