TECHNICAL ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER!!! ANNOYED

Good day <br> <br> Please note that your online banking is causing a huge inconvenience at this moment and its very frustrating when you want to do something urgent and then you get stuck with non ending error messages, if you cannot keep your database updated on a regular basis then why introducing App's that are so unreliable... am bitterly disgusted at the moment I cant even begin to describe....can someone get back to me with regard to this nonsense ....I called your call centre as usual I held on the line for a very long time, I did not intend to go on HP but I had no any other option
