Tears to a teary end of ERA.

<p>I went to Standard Bank Arcadia Branch to Close my Account. Met the Branch Manager at the Reception Tears Mboweni. She treated me like a valued customer and she communicated with me all step of the way. She managed to convince me not to cancel my Credit card and move Home Loan. If you can have more employees like TEARS and less CAMILE you will be on the right track. Thank you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ive had my Account from 2001 and closing it felt like an end of ERA.
