Tax certificate
I have phoned Standard Bank home loan call centre twice in 2 weeks to request a Tax certificate for my home loan. On both occasions they assured me that I will receive it within 48 hours. I'm still waiting for my Tax certificate. And my accountant is waiting for me to finish my submission to SARS. Can we please get this matter resolved today? Thank you
