TAT not meet

I done a reversal on my accdount on the 5th of May at a Standard bank branch and i was advised that the funds are due to be in my account on the 8th pf May. Today i called standard bank and the agent or specialist Deven whom i spoke too said he will call me back in a hours time. Im still waiting for the call and my money as i need to make use of it urgenlty. I would apprciate it if i were to get my money asap
