Taking money without permission

I have always defended Standard Bank and praised them for being an awesome bank, I even convinced my fiance to turn to there services. Well NO MORE, NEVER again would I recommend them to anyone, in less than a year they have ****** what little money I have to pay back a loan. Hear me out, I was retrenched last year February, of which they were aware of, thinking I had a credit life cover with them, I would be okay and my loan should be covered, what the consultant at the time of the signing up for the loan, neglected to mention that it was only for death cover and I had to specify retrenchment, so there I was down a **** load of money and no means to pay it, I of course app**** for UIF, unable to find a job, pregnant and awaiting UIF, I could not afford to pay them. After harassing phone calls, I received my first UIF in July 2014, that same month without warning they took R3600, now they have done it again, I just got a temp job, and this time they have taken R6750 more than half of what I make, I have been with them for almost 30 years and this is the loyalty I get, DO NOT BANK with STANDARD BANK, they ***** your money without warning and treat you like **** regardless of loyalty
