Taking money whenever it wants!!!

20.04.15 2 transactions went of my account to the value of R631.34???? What the F**k is Cash finance charge??? why is it being taken now long before the first?? this bank keeps taking money whenever the F**K they want. I want this money returned into my account today!!! I want to close this ******* accounts and move to a bank that threats their clients with respect and doesn't financially disadvantage them!! I hate this Bank right now and I have been loyal for more than 10 Years!! This is the THANKS i get for Banking with you??? FIX THIS TODAY OR I WILL GO TO EVERY MEDIA AND FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN THERE IS!!!! i get charged for an overdraft fee and there is no overdraft on the account?? who is so *********** there??? I requested that My life insurance be debited by the 25 of every month even that you dont get right??? Certainly you dont value clients!!
