Taking money ********ly from accounts

I have lodged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator to investigate a charge of reckless lending under the national credit act on the credit card debt they have helped me into on 23 July 2015. Even after receiving the notification from the NCR, they found it lawful to debit my cheque account with an amount of R 41623,41 and allocate it on the credit card under investigation. We are still awaiting the original credit agreement requested by myself and the representative from the NCR since the launch of the complaint in July 2015.. They seem to do as they please and service does not seem to matter. I tried phoning the branch where I had opened my account in the first place, just to find that everything is centralized and good service and feedback is but a pipe dream. I have been a client of Standard Bank for 13 years and even my savings account for my kids are being entrusted to them. I shiver at the thought of the promises made and the type of \shove in the face"bullying that is being done by big co operations like this to the honest"
