Taking money out of account

I wanted to make a big transfer from my Standard Bank account to another Standard Bank account. I tried to up the payment limit of the internet banking and could not do it because it was a very big amount. I phoned into the internet banking section (27/10/2017) and the person up the payment limit for me. I tried doing the payment on the Sat (28/10/2017) and the transaction could not go through because the internet banking said insufficient funds even if the funds was available. I went into the Gape Gate Standard Bank branch on 28/10/2017 where the manager helped me. We tried to do internet banking with the same massage again that not enough funds was available. We also tried to transfer the money through internet banking from my credit card to my tjek account but also could not. The manager at Standard Bank then was on the phone with different departments. At the end the only way was to transfer the money in the bank with a certain code they got over the phone. I was happy and frustrated because it took between 2 to 3 hours to do the payment. The following day (29/10/2017) I noticed on my credit card account that they charged me R15000 for the transaction to help me. They actually said that I would not pay any bank charges because it was not my mistake. On Monday (30/10/2017) I went to the Herm**** branch where a lady helped me and a service request was logged. I don't have the money and I work hard for my money only for the bank to take my money as they please.
