TAKING CUSTOMER MONEY AFTER THEIR ERROR

How is it possible that when Standard Bank's ATM fails to process a cash deposit into a Standard Bank account and you have to wait up until 3 days for them to assess/investigate the matter before paying your money back that their ATM swallowed during the deposit process... They still feel the need to charge a R50 bank charge for making their mistake.

Its like..."Oops, sorry we already made a mistake by taking your money and keeping it for 3 days, but why don't you let us ***** you further by taking a R50 of that money for us."

I'm already turning a blind eye to all the unusual bank charges that is happening on my account, despite all the original **** promises that was made when opening this account regarding bank charges, but this is taking it way too far.

If you make a mistake with my little money, don't go and take a portion of that little money for you because of your mistake. THAT MAKES NO SENSE!

I seriously need to re-evaluate my choice of banking.
