TAKING BREAD FROM OUR TABLE

A couple of days ago Standard Bank took about 13 000 from my mom's bank account without informing her. She wanted to withdraw money for her card to be swallowed by the machine. She reported it immediately for them to tell her to go get a replacement. After that she reported the missing 13 000 and they said they can't find it. After investigation she was told that it was money taken from overdrafts since 2010. How can they not inform of her third firstly and secondly why did not give her the option to pay monthly installments? Now we can't pay for our house and car and my fees at school are overdue. Being black in this country is a nightmare. Standard Bank does not care if we eat or live in the streets! Such ugly hearts
