Takes Peoples money and will never own up

I bought my house 2 Years ago. Standardbank told me they would inspect the house and see if it was worth it. They came back & said the house is in good shape and even gave us a 100% loan.6 Months after I bought the house I noticed that there was leaks in the house due to rain/storm damage. I contacted my insurance standard bank & went thought the processes only for them to tell me that they would not pay as it was due to lake of maintenance,Lack of maintenance when I just bought the house. I left it at that and on numerous occasions fixed the roof myself. The last waterproofing I did was in Jan this year & it coasted me R10 000. After many storms and rain I had no more problems, till 3 weeks ago we had a major storm again. And now we have leaks and problems again & it is getting worse.Again I call standard bank and went thought the process only to hear now that my waterproofing is old but it was done in Jan.Ronel hayman told me she would escalate this if I send proof of waterproofing & will get back to ASAP that was last week & I am still waiting. I told standard bank I would not leave this as they take my money with no problem but never own responsibility. so why do I pay.
