TAKES FOREVER TO DO SOMETHING AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU AS THE SINNER

<p>I have a problem with Std Bank Vehicle Finance since last year September it took them forever to sort out the problem. After it was sorted out I asked why a certain amount was added per month to my contract as well as 1 extra month to my contract. This is now what 2 months(?) and they still sent me an sms yesterday claiming they are still investigating - REALLY???? 2 MONTHS ???? </p>
