Take my money but dont bothe giving me informatin

I am very disappointed with Standard Bank insurance<br> I have home insurance with standard bank and they didn't even bother making sure they had my correct postal details with the result of me not having the policies terms and conditions. <br> They were happy to take money from me monthly, but I have never received any correspondence from them. <br> They got my details from the home loan department and just assumed this was the postal address. <br> Very unprofessional, I hope they don't treat all their clients this way!<br> <br>
