TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I recently had a run-in with Standard Bank regarding a vehicle asset finance agreement. It turns out that they can take whatever amount they please form whatever account they please WITHOUT your express permission or a court order/garnishing order!!!!<br> <br> After spending 58 min on the phone trying to find out what was going on, I was merely told that they have the right to take as much money out of ANY of your account (not just current or the account the debit order was raised against), without prior notification or permission. If I wanted to take it further, please use lawyers. after 30 years with them, I promptly closed ALL my accounts and moved to Capitec. Standard Bank can go fly a kite for all I'm concerned.
