Systems Unreliable, Worst Service
Extremely disappointed with standard Bank, the app is constantly down, every week the app has issues. The website is also not reliable, it takes 15 minutes to send an OTP. I also went to Musina branch to collect a replacement card it took me over 2 hours to collect my card the branch was not even full.... Totally ridiculous, please streamline your process.
