Systems Error!!!

My daughter and I went o Standard Bank on 19 May to change her account. She has been a standard bank customer for 4 years. She recently graduated and her student account now had to be converted to an \adult"account. We enquired what was required and brought this along to our meeting with the consultant. The accounts were activated"
