system problems

I app**** for a loan at the Standard Bank branch in Randburg square on Tuesday 10/03/2015. I was advised that the money will be paid out to me by Wednesday for the latest.On friday still no funds reflected in my account and I called the branch requesting for Sibongile to contact me back because the guy there advised me that she was busy with a client. I called them again after an hour or 2 and Sibongile advised me directly that she will contact me back when she's done with the client. She never contacted me back and yesterday I went to the branch and the guy there told me that they're having system problems thats why the money is still not in my account. I asked to speak to the manager and I was advised that he was on training. Sibongile said I must give her a day than she will contact me back because she will escalate the matter by sending an e-mail to JC or Jason something to that effect. I havent received any feedback as yet and the funds are still not reflecting in my account. Sibongile advised that I was not the first client with this problem and that there's a system problem either with head office or with FNB. This is definitely not a problem with FNB
