Switching attorneys to avoid matters

I have been honoring a payment arrangement with RL Daly in my Standard Bank revolving account for the past 2 and a half years. Unfortunately I lost my employment in November 2016 and did not manage to find a job as yet. Standard Bank handed the matter to a new attorney firm to collect the money from me, this attorney firm is very rude and insist on a payment arrangement even though I inform them I am unemployed. NOW Standard Bank can forget to ever get a cent from me. A revolving account is unsecured debt, I have paid more than 40% of the debt, but your new attorney firm has ensured that I will not pay 1 cent more.
