Swift response to customer complaints

I recently received some poor customer service at the Jabulani Mall Standard Bank branch. I wrote a review expressing my disappointment, to which Standard Bank responded quickly in addressing my complaints. I spoke to both a representative of the bank as well as the manager of the branch where the incident took place and my matter was resolved. I’m very happy with how they handled this situation.
