SWALLOWED INTERNATIONAL CARD BY ATM NOT RETURNED

On the 01.03.2016 around PM I tried to withdraw funds from standard bank ATM 4698 at boulders midrand using steward bank Zimbabwe MasterCard, and the machine froze.. I contacted the card &amp; atm division and they assisted in rebooting the atm but my MasterCard was swallowed.. I can confirm that as I waited an hour for the atm to be rebooted and I made sure I did insert another standard bank card to see if my card was gone.<br> <br> On 02.03.2016 I followed up to with the atm division and only to be told they couldn't find my card at that atm-4698 which to me is utterly disappointing. how can a swallowed card get lost.<br> <br>
