Suspending an 89 year old man's bank account after 55 years of loyalty

Standard Bank do you think it is fair to subject an 89-year-old customer who has been with you for 55 years to this kind of treatment? He has been to your bank 5 x and one trip to SARS and still no resolution. He left the country and returned when his wife passed but you have suspended his account and no matter what suggestions he follows from you, you refuse to reactivate his account so he can have access to his funds. That is his hard-earned money and I cannot see why you continue to keep his account in a suspended state considering he has done everything you have requested of him. Very disappointing that you subject an elderly 89-year-old man to this treatment.
