SUSPECTED ***** - VERY CONCERNED
So my husband passed away on the 11 of Sept 2020 on the 23rd of September was I contacted by Mr Zinn.. Saying I will be the contact person for all queries concerning the will. I was given a list of documents Standard bank would need which I had to prepare. NO!!!! correspondence there after. ( in this time did my children notice the will was not their dads signature) Eventually did I contact Standard Bank and spoke to Vikashnie (Vicky) Naidoo. She informed me I am not a beneficiary and she cant speak to me. I asked her how was this decided as I have all his personal docs. Dont they need it? She refused to speak to me any further. I have proof of my correspondence to her brining the querry of ***** to her attention. She refused to speak to me, and the person we believe created the ***** she mentioned by first name... ( hmmmmm) I then contacted her manager Mr Mooko and he is also refusing to speak to me. I sent them samples of my late husbands signature, the original will and the *****ed one. My husbands second name is spelled even wrong on the *****ed one. And the initials on each page is different. As well as each page does not have his full signature. Vikashnie (Vicky) Naidoo. said typo's are human error and is accepted. His life policy has been *****ed as well and OLD MUTUAL listened and reacted. THANK YOU OLD MUTUAL YOU ARE AMAZING However STANDARD TRUST !!!! leaves me speechless either they are lazy or *******ed. CLOSING WITH THE FOLLOWING sending Vicky and Mr. Mooko Proof I was made the contact person and no contact was made. We don't even know who the contact person at the high court is so that we can lodge a complaint of *****.
