Suspect of *****ulent attempt

I am surprised and disappointed at Standard Bank Loan who sent me a message today saying I am in arrears with my personal loan and I need to pay immediately to avoid legal actions. To my knowledge, I had a Car finance and student loan account that I took in 2017 and both paid off in 2021. when I called their collections department they refused to answer the questions I asked them- I asked them when was my last payment according to their system and they referred me to the complaints department which also wanted to transfer me back to the same useless collections department.

Then after I dropped the call due to poor telephonic service Standard Bank called me with a *** number a lady who claimed that I owed Standard Bank when I asked her when was the last time they sent me a statement and if truly I was owing them? she was not able to answer me and when I asked for payment report she said she will call me back because her system is hanging she never did.

So, in a nutshell, I am being ****med by the bank that I thought was one of the best in the country and I want this matter to be investigated because I don't owe Standard Bank from 2021 today I've never received any statement, call or SMS saying I am owing them now toward festive season I am getting worse an SMS after calling for clarity without any resolution I get a call that did even make any sense.

I want this matter to be investigated and my name to be cleared of these false allegations by Standard Bank.
