I had a monthly debit order of R99, which doesnt reflect on my phone. Finally when I printed my bank statement, reference said Government Employee Med Aid, which I do not work for Government & they confirmed that they never debited my acc. I requested reversals but STD bank said they can only reverse for 6months. The reversal transactions were approved on the 09.02.2018 & money due in my account on the 18.04.2018. To this micro second, I have not received my money. When I engage with the consultant, they say there has been missing paper work that still need to be retrieved. What ***ery is this thou
