Surprisingly good service

Leaving my handbag at home (Pretoria) containing my ID and bank cards, I was at work in JHB with an almost empty petrol tank. I tried using instant money through online banking but this did not work. I visited Killarney Mall's branch hoping to get some help, a temporary card, help with instant money - something. Charmaine went out of her way to help me passed opening hours. Having no form of ID on me, no bank cards, she tried her utmost, visiting all avenues until finally getting my instant money voucher to work. Saved by an amazing young lady! I was really surprised considering all my years with Standard Bank and I've never really had good service. Thank you so much, Charmaine. You're a lifesaver!
