surname not changed

<p>i have changed my surname 2016 and everytime i want to print a statement it is still on my previous surname. i visited branch in Plumstead and was told it is an IT problem. it will be sorted out. I have checked now and it still has my previous surname. please can someone explain to me how can i have this sorted?</p> <p>regards</p>
