Surity

Hi i have recently app**** for a home loan in which could not go thru cause they picked up that i am surety for my sisters home loan. She did go to the bank and they said to her that they cannot remove it. Whats upsetting is that they should have been given the opportunity to change thier surety to there son. If your house value is more that the settling amount i dont see why they cant remove me.
