Surely you can do better

Normally when I make a purchase using my cheque card I get a sms immediately informing me about the purchase. This morning I got a sms informing me I made a purchase at Mugg&Bean on 2016/04/03. Because I did not go to a Mugg&Bean on that day I immediately phoned the ***** line and reported this incident. I was told my the ***** department that the purchase was made at a Mugg&Bean in Kempton Park. I had my cheque card cancelled as I believe at that stage my card has been compromised. A few hours later I realized I did make a purchase on 2016/04/03 at Mochachos in Roodepoort for that amount. Now how is it possible that Standard Bank can get a sms so wrong?????? How can Standard Bank sent me a sms saying the purchase has been made at Mugg&Bean in Kempton park when in fact the purchase has been made at Mochachos in Roodepoort? Now I have cancelled my card for nothing!!!!!! And this is unacceptable. Surely you can do better. I do realize that bank account names are not always the same as the retail store names but surely you must make it easy for your customers to identify each transaction

I want Standard bank to reinstate my card at once as it is YOUR fault that I cancelled the card
