Suprise Suprise
<p>Switched banks after all the promises made believing that all is well and things will be good all done 2 months in advance for the debit orders to collect from the 27/07/2016 from my new STANDARD BANK account.</p> <p>Spoke to Kenene, Phindile P with emails confirming that it is done and debits will be collecting. Surprise Surprise ...non of the debit orders collected except the debit order for STANDARD BANK, now I ask who will pay for all my many of debit orders?? and why do i have to go stand in the que to go make manual payments?? and each time i ask what happened " I DONT KNOW" can someone please no and fix this URGENTLY.</p>

A year later and about the same time ..GUESS WHAT!! i requested for a savings account to be opened and monthly a R100 needs to debit from my account, but GUESS WHAT!!! it never collected, its been collecting from my revoving account and looking like account always in MINUS!! need the money but nothing !!How are we suppose to build our credit scores when you have the incompatance each time!!Making it harder, sadder and dissapointing all the time, as each time when i go to bank they dont tell me this or question me whats going on those accounts, but because Sipho from Dainfern square took his time with me and explained all the accounts i have and whats happening!Where did making it easier GO??? Where do i go??? Im starting to regret this!!
