Supposedly owe them money

I am constantly inundated with SMS's and voice messages asking me to contact them as I owe them money. I dont and never have dealt with any part of this bank. I phone give them my cell phone number and they promise to change their records. They give me the same name of the man that owes them money each time. Totally frustrated I spoke to Thelumusa on Friday who promised me that the situation would be corrected immediately. Imagine my annoyance when I received three more notifications this weekend. I phoned again and was told by Thato that she couldn't access any records from my cell phone number and her advise was to ignore the messages as there was nothing she could do. I asked for her supervisor and then had to hold on for so long I put the phone down. How can I get them to permanently change their records???
