SUPERSTAR SERVICE!! BRAVO

Just once in a while, a gem happens to fall in your lap and this time I was the lucky recipient! In a spot of bother (well, actually much worse!) at my local Standard Branch in Durbanville (Cape Town) I was fortunate to be served by Giovanni Noble (Staff No. A142944) who went out of his way and more than the proverbial mile to assist me in my urgent need. To assist me he had to make telephonic contact with another department in the Bank and when that person was rude and less than helpful, he told her immediately to transfer him to the Supervisor and advised him of the matter and requested a recording of the telecon as he wished to lay an internal complaint about his fellow worker.Now, that takes guts to put the customer before a colleague!! What a superstar !!
