Superb Service

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the AWESOME service received from Amy Cassims or Cassim not sure how to spell her surname. I was struggling from agent to agent and within a few seconds and she managed to solve my problem. This lady knows what customer service is!!

I was already frustrated and spoke in anger to her but she remained calm and assisted me with my issues, infact my query wasn't even in her line of work as I believe I was transferred to the wrong department yet she went beyond her parameters to assist me and cal me down despite my initial aggressive tone

If I could reward her I would but I would just like to ask management to give her the recognition she deserves!!!!
