Superb Assistance.

I was surprised when Standard Bank responded and assisted in the closure of a previous student achiever account I had with them. I had posted a complaint here about a student achiever account that had raked up ridiculous amounts of bank charges when it had been dormant for more than year. When it was supposed to have been closed in three months. After posting my complaint here I received an email that my matter was going to be looked at. It didn't even take a month, my matter was resolved I received an email with a bank statement confirming that the account had been closed and the charges were wiped off. That email made my day.

Thank you Standard Bank. I hope what you did for me can be expanded to other customers facing the same issues or difference issues requiring assistance.
