Super Service

It is with great satisfaction that I write this review. I would like to take this opportunity to deliver my gratitude for the super service I received from Boitumelo Bulane at your head office branch. The level of service she gave me was of the highest quality with such professionalism. I was struggling to make an international payment and was sent from pillar to post till she answered my call. Had it not been for her I probably would have lost out on this life changing opportunity. I explained my situation and asked her to ask someone should she not have an immediate answer. I was really frustrated and starting to get annoyed as I was referred to a branch following my initial call. Waited in the queue at your Southgate branch before they referred me to one of the other branches. I decided to come home and make the call before wasting time and money going there. I explained my situation to her and told her that it was the last day for payments is on Black Friday or else I lose out. She took it upon herself to take my number and promised to give me a call back once she has a solution. She did exactly that. Kept her promise!! The funny thing is that my problem was so simple to fix but those who I came across made it so complicated. I doubt they had any clue of what the real issue was. They didn't even bother asking but rather make assumptions. I promised Boitumelo that I would publish this review on HelloPeter just to show my gratitude as the level of service received carries so much weight and the opportunity to use my standard bank account to run my business once I'm up and running. This was a real game changer and I would appreciate it if she sees this personally along side her manager. She is truly an asset and I for one have worked as a call center consultant and know the value of customer service. It would have been such a deal breaker if I lost out on this opportunity. She even took it upon herself to enquire about the international charges for making that transaction as that was also an important factor. Thank you Boitumelo for the outstanding service.
