Super bad service at Standard Bank

Standard Bank has successfully gone to the bank with the WORST EVER customer service. I was the victim of ATM crime, Standard Bank will not pay out and don't even respond to queries . I needed a replacement card and it was first send to the wrong branch. I was only told it is the wrong branch after waiting 45 munutes. I am currently sitting at another branch waiting in queue to see if my card is here. I have been waiting 40 minutes. Whatever you do, don't choose Standard Bank as your bank
