Super Bad

Standard Bank does not even deserve a star. The last week in dealing with them is been super fustrating and beyond bad service. They took off a debit order 3 times for one loan. When I phoned in and enquire why they did not tell way just said they will pass a refund and that it will take 2 days for the money to refelct. Since then the money is still not been paid back to my account causing other debit order not to go off. My account is now overdrawn with more then R100 where I am being charged interest on. In the times we are facing at the moment I would have expected more from Standard Bank. This is really a bad image for the bank. Show you that they are making so much money that they do not even care about their customers anymore. Now they forst need to complete an investigation before they will sit and decide if they will pay back my money.
