Summons!! I am not even a Standard Bank client!!!

My story began in October 2015 when my private banker at FNB informed me that I am listed as a slow payer for a credit card held with Standard Bank for outstanding balance of R62 000 and stand the chance to be black listed! This was absolute nonsense and I immediately started my investigation, because you see I have NEVER EVER been a Standard bank Credit Card holder.!!! I immediately went to San Tyger Stander bank branch where all the staff were extremely helpful. I met up with branch manager and she went out of her way together with Megan to have my case sorted out. It took Standard bank 4 months to phone me and admit that it was a mistake a \glitch\" from there side and that they will have it rectified immediately. I demanded an apology letter stating that it was THERE mistake, which I still have not received up to now. However on 8 April 2016 the sheriff of the court delivers a Summons to my house for the outstanding amount and I have 10 days to respond to this. I am dumbstruck. The branch as well. They suggest I take their own bank to their own Ombudsman..... he tells me it will take 20 day to see to my problem. I have no words...... "
